Satisfy that craving for a crunchy fry without having to deep fry anything.

You can bake up a whole batch of potatoes for step 1 and store what you don’t use in the refrigerator for the next few days.

Step 1

Wash, stab, then bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 45 minutes then let cool.

Step 2

Cut potatoes into fries, wedges or dice into squares.

Step 3

Add oil and seasoning

Step 4

Put potatoes back into oven at 430 degrees for 30 minutes. Flip half way.
