Pork Chili Verde to be served in anything.

Step 1
Place a large pork shoulder into the center of your crock pot. Bone in our out is fine. You can trim and cube ahead of time if you wish but it's not required.
Step 2
Peel the husk off of the tomatillos, rinse them off, and place them around the pork.
Step 3
Dice an onion and add to the crock pot.
Step 4
Pour a quarter cup of taco seasoning over everything.
Step 5
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Step 6
Remove bone and/or fat and shred with a fork if you haven't already prepped the meat.
Step 7
Serve in burritos, tacos, nachos for example. When the meat is gone you can use the leftover green sauce as well.
