Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Softer and small vegetables like green beans, zucchini's and squashes should be cut into bite size pieces.
Cut harder vegetables like potatoes and carrots into smaller bite-size pieces.
Broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts can be cut in half.
Step 3
Toss veggies into a baggie with some olive oil, salt, herbs and spices and shake them up.
Step 4
Space evenly onto a pan or into a cooking basket.
Step 5
Roast for 20 minutes.
